High pressure will continue to hover over Scandinavia on Sunday, thus, expect mostly sunny skies and warm temperatures to continue. Stockholm will see highs in the lower 70s(F)/ 23(C). Low pressure remains west of the British Isles and could trigger light showers over the United Kingdom and parts of France and Germany. Expect widespread scattered showers to linger throughout the day and the system will bring slightly warmer temperatures into the region. Highs in London will be around 80(F)/ 27(C), while Paris will reach the mid-80s(F)/ 29(C)

The Mediterranean will see mostly pleasant conditions with sunny skies and warm temperatures on Sunday. However, afternoon showers and thunderstorms are likely to develop over Italy and along the Adriatic Sea. Expect warm and humid conditions on Sunday with Rome reaching into the mid-80s(F)/ 30(C).

Eastern Europe will see widespread scattered showers produced by a trough of low pressure that remains over the region on Sunday. Expect moderate to heavy showers over the Ukraine, and will move into western Russia Sunday evening. The system will bring slightly cooler temperatures into the region, with highs in the Ukraine expected to drop into the upper 70s(F)/ 25(C).
