The leading edge of an area of rain extended from near Fond Du Lac to Port Washington...and was spreading to the north at 25 mph. Rain will begin shortly in Fond Du Lac...Sheboygan...West Bend and Port Washington. Rain will continue from 730 am CST through 9 am CST in the Milwaukee...Racine...Beaver Dam...Portage and Hartford areas...and will begin to taper off in Madison...Janesville and Dodgeville. Patchy dense fog in the Monroe...Dodgeville and Darlington areas will continue through 9 am CST this morning...and then begin to slowly lift. The dense fog will reduce the visibility to one quarter mile for a time. Rainfall of one tenth to three tenths of an inch is expected this morning. The rain and fog will reduce the visibility so drive with caution.
